Roverturf August 30, 2018 for Model Number LFBD2409LF3C The control panel does not work. I have power to the door switch and back to control panel but will not work. I have checked the float switch and it works. I checked the volts to and from the door switch and both are 120. The model number on my control panel is A03091001. But your site states a different model number for the control panel? Even though I have the right dish washer model number entered. Is it the same but just different numbers?
Mike August 30, 2018 for Model Number FFBD2411NW4A dishwasher worked fine no issues, then on next load, nothing touch any button and no function or lights. Door switch seems to be operating cause I get tone (120v tic tester) on both leads when door closes, only one lead when opened. push button board or control board defective?
1 Answer Mike, I would recommend changing out the main control, part number is 5304512731. As long as you are sure you are getting 120 volts to the board, it should light up your control panel. Read More...
Lanny July 23, 2018 for Model Number FDB520RHS0 I have a Frigidaire FDB520RHS0 Dishwasher that is not pumping out the water. I have checked for blockage in the output and input pipes, I checked for continuity for the pump, I looked to see if impellers are ok, I even plugged the pump directly into ac. Everything looks fine and the pump pumped water. So, the only thing I can think of is the control board. Is there a way to check it to make sure it is applying power to the pump? Is there a way to just run it through the pump cycle?
1 Answer Lanny, if you are sure there is nothing blocking the drain line under the sink, you can check the drain motor by pulling the dishwasher out and checking for 120 volts going into the motor. Normally you can hear it humming, if it hums then you know there is voltage and you have some type of restriction. I would start at the sink drain and work my way back to the drain motor. Elizabeth June 24, 2018 for Model Number FFBD2406NB4A Our dishwasher stopped working altogether. The lights don't come on, nothing happens when you push a button. Any suggestions on the part we would need to fix this?
1 Answer Check voltage at the junction box to make sure you are getting 120 volts, if voltage is correct, you would be looking at replacing the main control board. Read More...
Jeff February 20, 2018 for Model Number FDB1502RGC2 I have a soap dispenser that fails to open. I have applied 110 volts to the solenoid and nothing happens. I have also put attest light on the Red/yellow and white wires and did not see it light up when I ran the dishwasher thru the service test. Any suggestions?
1 Answer Hello Jeff. It sounds like the dispenser is bad and will need to be replaced. Thank you. Read More...
Robert January 27, 2018 for Model Number FPID2495QFOA The dishwasher appears to complete it's cycle except for the last drying cycle. The unit will keep running (stuck in this cycle) until I turn off the breaker. Is there a separate sensor to replace? Thanks
2 Answers Robert, No, there is no "separate sensor" for the dry cycle(other than the hi limit/safety thermostat). If there were an issue with the heater circuit, the control panel should display an error code. Then check the water temperature in the tub on the first fill of the cycle " An automatic sensor will check the incoming water temperature and, if it is not hot enough, the cycle will be lengthened for automatic water heating in the main wash and final rinse of all cycles. This happens even when HI-TEMP WASH option has not be selected. When HI-TEMP WASH is selected, an even higher temperature will be reached to handle heavier soil loads." This will also extend the overall run time of the cycle. also check to see what options have been chosen for the cycle selected. If the problem persists, replace the control board. Read More...

2 Answers Robert, There would not be a sensor for this issue but would be more likely a bad main control board that is faulty. The part number for the main control will be 5304517663. Read More...

Autumn November 05, 2017 for Model Number FGID2466QF2A my dishwasher will not dry and will not stop running...I've tried the quick cycle, normal and still not drying and it runs for over 3 hrs until I open the door. What replacement component do I need?
1 Answer Autumn, The control board is a very good possibility, but there are a few things to check first. Make sure the water in the tub is hot enough (120 dgrs.F.) the dishwasher fills properly (water level should be 1 in. deep in the center of the tub). Remove the lower kickplate and retrieve the tech data sheet attached to the back and conduct the water service test mode. You may want to program the control to the china cycle(shortest wash cycle), deselect any options, and allow the machine to run a cycle( it'll take 90 to 120 minutes) and recheck to see if there are any error codes and the machine shuts down.
