Paul, The ERR Clean S is an indication that there is a keypad error. You will want to try to reset by disconnecting power for approximately 30 minutes. Once you turn the power back on, if the error reoccurs then you will need to replace the control panel 807545704.

Tracey, You will want to check the power supply to the unit. Check at the bottom of the unit where the electrical box is to make sure there is power there and that there is good connection of the power supply lines and the units power lines. If there is power there then check to see if there is power to the control board. If there is power to the control board but nothing is operating then the control board is faulty and would need to be replaced. The control board part number is 5304514670.
