Thomas, If all the burners on the unit are not heating then the issue would be that you have lost 1 leg of the power supply and is most likely the L2 side. You will want to test at the terminal block for 240 vac across the outer terminals. If there is 240 vac then you will need to start checking wires from the terminal block to the clock and infinite switches.

Hello Kelly. If you do not order the overlay, sometimes the old one will not peel off and will tear and you will have to order it anyway. It is best to replace the overlay 316419140 on the unit.

Hello Pebble. The clock 5304511908 is not hard to replace. Disconnect the power and remove the back panel off the control panel. Next remove the screws securing the old clock. Install the new overlay 316419140 onto the new clock 5304511908, make sure it is straight. Then, remove the wires one by one and install them onto the new clock in the correct location. Install the clock and reinstall the back panel. Connect the power and the job is complete. Hope this helps.
