Robert December 28, 2016 for Model Number ATFB6700FS0 My washer is displaying error code E5E. I've checked all the wires. The front control board lights up and door locks. I put it on spin cycle it starts then turns off. The tub does not spin. Is it the motor control board?

Dave December 17, 2016 for Model Number ATF6700FS1 My Frigidaire ATF6700FS1 will appear to cycle including a count down on the display but aside from the door locking nothing else happens. I put power to all 3 solenoids and they work - the pressure switch activates and deactivates the door - I ran a diagnostic on it and got a E56 code - checked ohms and get 5.5-5.6 and it spins freely - next step is to replace the speed control board according to the diagnostic but it does not seam like this would be the problem unless this board controls everything else as nothing happens at all - no spin - no fill - no drain - just a door lock and count down - I did notice when pulling the front control (maybe twisting it slightly) it momentarily started to fill but I could not repeat the incident again - Thanks for your time

David December 10, 2016 for Model Number ATF8000FS1 I replaced the pump on our Fridgidaire washer in Sept. but the motor felt hot and we occasionally had a burning odor. The washer now does not spin out unless there is only a very light load or no load in it. The only error code that shows up is the E23 from the pump repair. Could this be motor or motor control board?

Jim August 05, 2016 for Model Number model LTF2140FS1 I'm working on a Frigidaire front load washer model LTF2140FS1. When I push the start button the door locks and that is as far as it goes, nothing. Just like the water wasn't turned on. I checked the pressure switch. That's ok. I don't have any power at the water valves. I checked all the connections and they're good. I think I have narrowed it down to either the control panel isn't sending the signal to the main board to start or the main isn't receiving the signal. I am wondering what you thought?
1 Answer Jim, presumably you tested the pressure switch with the air tube disconnected, and had a "closed" circuit across the terminals on the switch. You may want to blow in the end of the tube, to make sure there is no debris or sediment in the tube, that would restrict or block the air flow in the tube to the switch. Brian August 01, 2016 for Model Number 417.44152400 Hello. My Kenmore washer will not perform the spin cycle. At the end of a cycle the drain pump will pump the water out, the basket rocks back and forth a couple times then the washer shuts off. It tries to spin but does so very slowly. Sometimes it just completely stops and powers off. I have cleaned the drain pump and removed all the coins out of the coin trap.
