Mazdaken May 26, 2016 for Model Number LTF2940ES3 Just returned from a trip out of town. We were told that while we were away that there was a severe thunderstorm. The washer will not fill on either warm or hot cycles, but will start on the Cold/Cold Normal cycle, then shuts down after about 30 seconds. After repeated attempts to start cycle, the washer did complete one cycle successfully, but would not continue for second cycle. Checked diagnostics and get an "E32" code, but the paperwork does not show this error. Help!
1 Answer Hello MazdaKen. You will need to order and replace the control board on the unit. Read More...

Mabel May 25, 2016 for Model Number LTF7000ES1 I just put in the control board that I got from you all and it is giving me a code of e 91 that says that the boards are not communicating. What do I do?
1 Answer Mabel, You will want to check the wiring between the control boards to ensure that they are seated properly. If this checks ok then it sounds like you may have received a defective board. Read More...
Patti April 28, 2016 for Model Number ATF6000ES1 Hi. my Frigidaire affinity front loader originally wouldn't finish the cycle and would leave clothes still wet. After this happened several times I ran a diagnostic test and got E5E error code. Unplugged washer and tried to start a load. Will not fill, just keeps counting down time. ran diagnostic test again and now says E41. I installed new door latch kit (did this already about 18 mos ago after a similar experience), but still getting same error E41. I'm now thinking i want to change out Motor Control Board. Opened up back and am looking for some advice on how to get the old one out before I order a new one from you guys. If I cant do this myself, might just scrap the washer. The motor and belt seem to be in the way. Do I have to remove them? any advice would be GREATLY appreciated!!! Thx!
1 Answer Patti, With getting the E5E error code and then getting the E41, this issue will be more likely the main control board instead of the motor control. You would want to replace the control board 134523106. Read More...

Steve March 25, 2016 for Model Number FWFB9200ES1 Washer starts and will run for a few seconds then stops then after a minute or two starts again then stops. This process will continue for as long as you let the washer run and does not produce an error code. I replaced the inlet valve thinking it was a water problem but it is still not working. It seems like the control board or the main board but do not know which.
1 Answer Steve, You will want to put the unit into diagnostics and check to see if there are any stored error codes. If there are no stored error codes then the issue will be a faulty main control board. Read More...
Justin March 03, 2016 for Model Number Frigidaire Affinity Frontload Replaced the water inlet valve after a hard freeze burst it, sending water down into the inside of the washer. But after I replaced it, I'm getting an error code of "E5E" and the suggestion is either the control board or motor control board is no good. I have no idea how to test them to check which one is bad, but I'm thinking that it's the motor control board because it was the only part exposed to the water. Your thoughts?
1 Answer Justin, You will want to check the wiring between the 2 boards first to make sure that there is no issue with the wiring. If the wiring checks ok then the speed control would be the most likely cause for the failure. Read More...
