Jennifer, If there is water in the tub, it could be a drain pump issue, If not, then you need to start looking for a faulty door latch assembly 131763256 (does the door lock ?) or a motor control board 134743500 . Thanks

Hello Ruben, This is the error code for the relay on the control board 134523106. Since the drain motor is an ac motor, I seriously doubt wiring the motor backwards was the cause of the board failure. The only way this could have damaged the board is if one of the wires were shorted to the other or to ground.

Hello Chris. First and most importantly, unplug the unit to prevent electrical shock or death. Next remove the bottom panel across the front of the unit. The drain pump is in the bottom of the unit right in the center. Here's a really good tip to prevent swimming around in there. If you have a shop vac, get all of the water out that you can because when you remove the hose, all of the water will come out at once. Remove the wires to the pump first, then the hoses. Now install the new pump 137221600 in reverse order.

Hello Greg, First and most importantly, unplug the unit to prevent electrical shock or death. Next remove the bottom panel across the front of the unit. The drain pump is in the bottom of the unit right in the center. Here's a really good tip to prevent swimming around in there. If you have a shop vac, get all of the water out that you can because when you remove the hose, all of the water will come out at once. Remove the wires to the pump first, then the hoses. once you remove the pump, you can take it outside and flush it with a water hose to remove all of the foreign material from it if you refrain from soaking the motor itself. If the motor get wet, don't panic. Just place it in front of a fan long enough for it to dry before reapplying voltage. It probably isn't a bad idea to remove the hose from the tub also to clear the hose and get anything out of the tub that you can rake out. Note: the outside of the inner tub has sharp edges made all over it so try not to touch it through the hose connection opening. Once you have everything cleared out, reassemble in the reverse order. Since you do have to reuse all of the parts, it isn't a bad idea to put them in a place that no screws or other hardware is lost. If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to ask us.

Hi Lisa. Drain Pump Assembly - Washer drain pump and motor assembly. Includes red flapper to prevent the drain water from backing up. Item Number: 137221600 . A grinding pump will quickly burn out. Remove the front panel and inspect the impeller inside the pump. Is it spinning loose on the shaft ? Is there anything small stuck inside it ? Use a shop wet vac and inspect the hoses for clogs. Have everyone be removing any pocket items as the pumps are now all high speed, energy efficient pumps. Thank You.

Hello David. If the unit does not spin, make sure the pump is not clogged on the unit. If the pump is clear and working properly, you may have a bad door lock assembly 131763256 and it is not sending signal to the control board that it is locked and will need to be replaced on the unit.
