Hi Eric. You may have a weak fuse part # WB27X10928. While you are changing this part, double check all wire connections making sure they all are tight. Depending on the model # , a moisture sensor has similar effects also. Thank You.

Hi Adam. The fuse is part # WB27X10928. Check it ( closed ) with an ohmmeter. Check the wiring diagram supplied inside the grill or control panel to assist on which pin connector will supply the voltage needed for the lamps or the hood fan. If no voltage, then replace the control board part # is WB27X10655. Thank you.

Hello Joanne. You will need to check and see if the magnetron WB27X32766 and diode WB27X10037 is good. If not, the microwave will not heat properly. Look for cracks in the magnets on the magnetron and make sure the tip is not burnt. To test the diode, it should only read in one direction. If it reads both ways, it is bad. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. Hope this helps. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html

John, When you replaced the bulbs, did you notice if any of the wires were loose, chafed, or damaged ? There is no in line fuse for the cooktop light circuit. and power to the light bulbs is supplied from the main Power Control Board WB27X10257 and touchpad assembly WB27X10262 If you listen closely, you may be able to hear the relay "click" when you press the Light pad, on the panel, it may help you out. Good Luck.

Ghasem, No the the inline 20 amp fuse would not be he problem, or the thermal fuses, the microwave would be "dead" if that were the case. Your most likely culprit is a bad control board WB27X10874 or magnatron WB27X10880, if you are not familliar with high voltage, capacitors, transformers, etc. you need to be very carefull, so you don't hurt yourself. Thanks, and Good Luck
