Hello Phil. Based on the information you provided, if the element is good, then the control board W10769079 is bad and will need to be replaced. The relay is made on the control board and turns the elements on and off. Hope this helps.

Hello Pete, One of the infinite switches has failed. To determine which one, you have to disconnect, (one at a time), the terminal marked "P". The "P" stands for pilot and this is the part of the switch that indicates that an element is still hot. When you do this be sure to discontinue power to the unit each time before touching any of the terminals. Don't forget as these terminals have 120Vac on them all of the time. When the bad infinite switch gets it's "P" terminal unplugged, the light will go out.

Ron, If there is no resistance when a button is pressed, thats an indication of a failure of the button assembly, under the overlay. You will need to replace the ERC/Clock W10769079 to repair the unit properly. Thanks and Good Luck

Hi Kevin. Remove power. Remove the back. Find a round thermostat with 2- wires attached in the middle area of the lower oven. Jump out these wires. Use electrical tape around the wires so you can momentarily test now with power. If it works then replace the thermostat part # 74009969. Did it stop working during or after a self-clean? If so you need to consider replacing the oven sensor as they have been updated also to withstand the self clean temperatures and last considerably longer. This sensor will ohm out to 1080 ohms to 1100 ohms., rotate the wires during testing as to test for an open or short. Thank You. Let us know if this works because the last part is that the clock/control needs replaced. Clock Part # W10769079. Chances are though as both elements are not working, it will not be the clock as both bake and broil relay should send 120 vac respectively during demands. Usually just the bake relay wears out sooner as it is used mostly. Thank You.

Hello Doug. It is not a "common" problem, but does happen sometimes. You will need to replace the control W10769079. We can not estimate the repair cost and time. We do not offer service at this time, and can not determine the rates in your area. The time depends on the experience of the person replacing the part. Hope this helps.
