Hello Roger, This sounds like a bad start device WR09X10107 on the compressor. Unplug the unit and remove the cover on the rear compartment to access the compressor. Remove the start device from the compressor and shake it. If it rattles, it has failed.

Hello Tom. The control board 8302967 is bad on the unit. This part has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part.

Tim, You will want to check the transformer for the control to make sure that it is good. Test on the P16 connector from pin 5 to 7 for 120 vac. If there is 120 vac then test P16 from pins 2 to 3 for 12 to 24 vdc. If there is not voltage at this point then the issue would be the transformer. The transformer part number is WP9760587.

Carl, Check and reset the breakers to the oven, if you haven't yet. then check the control thermal fuse WP4451042 inside the control panel compartment. If it appears broken replace it first. If it's OK, then you'll need the control board 4448876.

Bill, The control board uses a transformer for the lighting of the display. The fact that the board has a very dim display would represent that the transformer is not sending enough power to the board. You can test the transformer for 120 vac in and 12 vdc coming out at the control board. If there is less than 12 vdc then the transformer is faulty and need to be replaced. The part number for the transformer is WP9760587.
