For Whirlpool Electronic Control Board (Part Number: OEM13619388)

Lori for Model Number WFW9200SQ00

Is this considered the user interface? I had a rodent that built a nest in between the display cover and this component. There were wires that were no longer encased in the black wire covering and some were frayed. Can I replace just these wires that attach to this circuit board? I also disconnected the two wires that attach to the circuit board and the CCU and I think I might have them reattached to the circuit board incorrectly. Where do they reattach? I have them connected on the bottom of the circuit board and they fit, but now I get nothing on the display when I do the diagnostic test. Before I cleaned out the nest and detached the control panel, I was at least able to run the diagnostic tet.

Hello Lori. Yes, W10319816 is the user interface. It comes with the wires for it. You will need to check and see if you need any of the other wiring on the machine. 8183254 is the blue and black and 8183266 is the main wiring harness. Hope this helps.

Hello Iris. Make sure the lock feature is not turned on the control board. If not, you will want to remove the top of the washer and check for loose connections on the control board and the user interface. Unplug the machine while doing this and leave it unplugged for at least 30 minutes. If the problem still exist, you will need to replace the user interface W10319816. Hope this helps.

Hello Bob. Here is what the manufacture recommends for the F20 code. Hope this helps. Possible Causes/Procedure ¦ If there is no water in the unit: – Make sure that both valves at the water source(s) are turned on all the way. – Check for plugged or kinked inlet hoses or plugged screens in the inlet valves. – Verify inlet valve operation. ¦ If there is water in the unit: – Verify that the pressure switch hose is in good condition and properly connected to tub and pressure switch. 1. Unplug washer or disconnect power. 2. Verify there is not a siphon problem. 3. Verify wire harness connections to inlet valves WP8182862, pressure switch WPW10514214, flow meter WPW10110225, and Central Control Unit (CCU) WP8183258. 4. Check all hoses for possible leaks. 5. Plug in washer or reconnect power. 6. Verify pressure switch operation. 7. Verify flow meter operation by blowing air through the part and measuring the resistance. 8. Verify CCU operation by running a Diagnostic test or any cycle.

Tim H. for Model Number WFW9300VU02

I had an F71 error on the display I disconnected the main power supply and now washer will not power up. There is 3 short beeps when the power button is pressed, but nothing happens. The control lock will illuminate after holding it down for 3 seconds. The drum will spin and from some research this indicates the CCU is not the problem and was suggested the user interface is. There are 2 user interfaces a center and a right am I to assume that since the machine will not power up the problem is the center interface or is there a way to test where the fault is. I am thinking that because the control lock works there is power to the center board but a break between it and the right and the ccu sound reasonable?

Hello Tim. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the user interface boards are bad. The manufacture recommends changing both boards W10319816 for this problem. Hope this helps.
