1 Answer Robert, You most likely have a problem with the keypad assembly " PROBLEM: One or More Keys Won’t Respond = Open key or LED circuit(s) on the keypad, or open circuits on the control to the keys and LEDs. Door switch not making contact: Faulty or sloppy door latch assembly (which can be aggravated by high door closure force). Faulty door switch (high resistance). Carlos October 18, 2011 for Model Number MDBH989AWW The left side of the panel (cycles) didn't work but the right side would. It would not start. Eventually I got the cancel to start and let it do a cycle. After, it would start but only on light cycle. I did another cancel cycle and it just stopped working. Is it the electronic control or the thermal fuse or both?

Pete August 03, 2011 for Model Number mdb7809awq2 Washer would do nothing. Had no lights, had power to panel with ohm meter. Order new cntrl- elec installed it, steam clean light came on but nothing works no other lights .
1 Answer Hi pete. The door latch brings power to the control board through a fuse assembly. The latch assembly is part # WPW10404412. It goes from the latch through the fuse part # W10258275.
