Hello Stacy, You will need to order W10823696 for the left front and W10823711 for the right front as per the manufacturers' factory parts list. I'm sorry but this part W10823711 has been discontinued by the manufacturer and no satisfactory substitutions have been provided. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Hello Kristen, W10823711 is the part number listed for the front left element on the model provided. It actually measures about 7 inches. W10823696 is the left rear element which measures about 10 inches.

I have a whirlpool model RCC3024LBO. the large element will warm up to high heat but will not regulate properly when turned to lower setting. It will lock up on high temp and stay there. Is it a burner issue or infinite switch issue

I have a Whirlpool electric range with right front saal heating element not working. size is about 7". what is the repacement part # and where and how I can purchase the part ? The book says model# is RF386PXG or RF388LXG ! Where can I find the model # on the range ?

Mahesh, When you open the drawer or broiler door on the bottom of the front of the range, you should find the production tag affixed to the front frame. Fortunately, the partial model numbers you did supply use the same right front burner element W10823711 / 8523698. It would be referred to as a 6 inch 1200 watt single element. But you may want to verify the part. there is a note on file, " Per Wpl There Is Wrong Parts Info On Some Models This Is A Small Single Burner For Large Dual Burner Order W10823692 / 8523693". Hi, could you please tell me what part(s) I need. The front right burner on my stove does not heat up anymore. When I turn the knob on, that particular burner (9" single element) doesn't even turn on or heat up. The other 3 burners work fine. What is the problem? Daniele, You will want to go to the infinite switch on the unit and do a voltage test. You will want to find the wires that are the same color and check with a multimeter for 240 vac. If there is not 240 vac then the switch is faulty and would need to be replaced. If there is voltage then the element is most likely burnt and would need replaced. The element is part number W10823696 and the switch is part number WP7403P239-60.
