Hello William, To remove the dispenser cover, grasp the bottom edge of the dispenser cover and pull sharply down and toward you with your knee against the door so it cannot move. This should snap it off. When it snaps off, it will sound like plastic breaking, but this is because it has to snap on tight so it doesn't fall off from normal usage. To re-install, hook it on at the top and bump it back on with the heel of your hand.

Hello John. Per Factory The Ribbon Heater Is No Longer Needed for the door WP2180353. You will remove the ribbon cable and discard it. Hope this helps.

Hello King. Check to see if the flapper is broken and not closing properly. If so, you will need to replace the chute door WP2180353. If any other parts are causing the door to remain open, they will need to be replaced. You will need to check inside the dispenser to see which part is bad. Hope this helps.

Hello Bill. Unsnap the front of the dispenser and remove the front cover. Access the door, by removing the dispenser insert from the housing. Once removed, the old door unsnaps off the lever, and the new door WP2180353 snaps onto the lever. Hope this helps.
