Fix water dripping from dispenser, hollow ice cubes, or frozen fill tubes. This dual solenoid water inlet valve controls flow to your icemaker. 15-min DIY.
Hello, After watching your repair videos and reading the other comments regarding the ice maker I decided it needed to be replaced due to the old age (12 years) and mysterious flakes in the ice cubes and the solenoid valves were recommended to fix the hollow ice cube problem. After watching the repair videos on the ice maker and solenoid valves I decided I could do the replacement myself. Not needing a service technician to be called out. Also while waiting for the parts to arrive, I noticed... Read more
Water tube assembly supplies water from inlet valve to ice maker and dispenser in your refrigerator door. Replace if cracked, leaking, or broken.
After watching installation videos on each felt I could pull it off and ordered and received replacement water reservoir and water dispenser tube assembly. Reservoir installation went off without a hitch outside of the added step of the need to remove the entire main in waterline assy in order to access the connectors which also were not as represented in video, in that they were not the press-to-release type but standard threaded compression types. Water Dispenser tube/spout assembly was much... Read more
Fix an ice maker that stopped working or leaks water into the bin. This ice mold tray replacement takes about 10-20 minutes with our step-by-step video.
I have a Whirlpool Side-by-side Model ED22PWXBW01. A year ago, the ice cubes started freezing together in the rear of the ice bin for no apparent reason. Although the problem started off small, it gradually grew much worse, and finally I could see water dripping out of the ice mold and into the bin during the fill cycle. Re-levelling the refrig didn’t help, nor did adjusting the cube size / fill level. With guidance from the video, I removed the icemaker from the wall of the freezer. The... Read more
Secures the handle end cap to the center of your refrigerator door. Replace if missing, stripped, or lost during handle repairs. 8-18 x 1/2 inch size.
This was actually one of the easiest fixes I’ve done. All that was required was to remove 3 screws to remove the broken part. I used a pair of pliers to remove the moisture sensors from the broken part to the new one. Read more

Refrigerator not cooling or making screeching noise? This evaporator fan motor kit stops those symptoms. DIY-friendly repair, typically done in 15 minutes.
I watched videos to diagnose the noise coming from my refrigerator, then watched videos on how to replace the part, then I ordered the replacement part which came very promptly. The part works perfectly. I am a 73-year old woman, and found this was an easy fix, even on a bottom freezer model refrigerator. The AppliancePartsPro price for this part is a good buy, and I will buy again when I need a part. I have ordered replacement parts from AppliancePartsPro for my cooking range previously and... Fixes burners that won't ignite or spark continuously. This spark module generates the high-voltage needed for gas ignition. DIY repair, 1-2 hours.
Bought a Thermador PRSE48" dual fuel range from Craigslist really cheap because it didn't work. Did a little research and decided to overhaul most of the top (gas) end. For what I paid for it it was worth it and I'd have a good stove with new components. Replaced the griddle thermostat, ignition micro switches, ignition re-igniter box, installed fixing kit with 2 new potentiometers, both solenoids, and gas regulator. Had to replace 2 gas lines, all 4 jets, and one brass nut that were... Read more

Ice dispenser not working or coupling spins freely? This motor coupling connects the dispenser motor to the auger. 10-minute fix with channel lock pliers.
I first thought it was the auger in the ice container so I changed it and it was not the problem. I then talked to ApplianceParts customer service that it might be the yoke on the motor that turned the auger or even the motor itself even though it worked. I ordered the parts, the yoke was supposed to be able to be changed by itself but mind would not come off the motor shaft so I had to cut it off just to remove it from the unit so I had to change the motor anyway because of this. So I advise... Read more

After shopping for a new Whirlpool Thin Twin Stack, Found appliance parts pros online and decided to take it apart to see if repair was a possibility. APPro's online instructions were easy to follow, in a couple hours it was apart, and I placed the order. Reg ground took a week from NY, so the laundry piled up that week. The parts arrived on Monday morrning, by afternoon the machine was running like new! The cause was the belt tensioner pulley had frozen. Replaced it, drum wheels,snap... Read more
Supports your refrigerator at the base and lets you roll it forward for cleaning. Replace this roller assembly if cracked, broken, or seized to restore smooth movement.
I decided if one needed replacing I might as well both two--made sense to me. None were available locally so I ordered them on-line. Surprisingly they came sooner than I expected. I also found a video on the internet that clearly showed the procedure. The actual repairs took 15 minutes or less. One good suggestion from the video was to run the screw in and out of the wheel bracket before final mounting. The video also suggested putting something under the corner to eliminate tipping. The... I agreed and received my part within 2 days. I watched the video that told me exactly how to complete repair. It was very simple.
