Replace broken or missing lower dishrack rollers and axles. Attaches to the bottom rack for smooth gliding when loading dishes. Sold as one roller kit.
I found my parts and ordered the six I needed, however I did not pick up on the difference from the front wheels to the rear wheels in the the descriptions. The rear wheels are narrower and I ordered all front wheels, six fronts instead of four front and two rear. I made it work by using the axle from the new wheel with two old narrow wheels. Read more
Detergent cup won't stay closed? This dispenser latch secures the detergent cup during wash cycles. Direct replacement part with video guide available.
First replaced the latch, spring, and lever, but no improvement. Then I saw the lever arm on the other half of the door, which by position had to be the way that the timer interacts with the soap dispenser. After turning off the power to the dishwasher, I removed the switch cover (not obvious how -- a video would help: on the left, I slid the narrow rectangular plastic wire cover a little to one side and gently opened it on its little hinge, which is near the left side of the door, and then... Dispenser won't close or stay shut? This dishwasher detergent cup cover securely latches to prevent mid-cycle opening. Moderate DIY repair, 1 hour.
Although I ordered the latch, lever and a new cup and replace the original pieces the dispenser still did not close. On further inspection it turned out to be a small spring that had fallen out of place. Once the spring was reconnected the dispensing cover worked fine. I'm still happy that I replaced the entire assembly with new parts regardless. Discovering the loose spring took the most time. Read more
Replacement spring for dishwasher detergent cup door assembly. Provides tension to keep cup door latched closed. Replace if broken, stretched, or lost.
Dishwasher leaking from the bottom? A cracked or worn inlet sump causes water leaks during wash cycles. Moderately difficult repair with video guidance.
Replaced with a new Inlet Sump [WD18X213]. It was a little tedious, attaching the Inlet Sump, back to the pump, because I did the job with the dishwasher in place (not pulled out). My dishwasher was plumbed with copper pipe, so I really didn't want to upset that. Also, I had previously replaced the motor and the pump in this dishwasher, so I was familiar with how the Inlet Sump attached to the pump. Again, it's very tight working under the unit while it is still in place, and I wouldn't... Read more

Lower spray arm assembly for dishwashers. Rotates to distribute water throughout the tub. Replace if tabs are broken, arm is cracked, or threads are stripped.
The replacement arm arrived promptly. Removing the old spray arm hub was very difficult by hand, plumbers wrench, or adjustable wrench. However, by inserting a screwdriver trough the two opposite holes where the tabs had broken off, it is relatively easy to unscrew the old hub. Read more

In the How to fix it your self section of Questions and Answers, your answers for removing the Base Spray Arm is incorrect. Fix a dishwasher that won't drain or drains constantly during wash cycles. This drain solenoid valve controls water drainage timing. Moderate DIY repair.
Took the washer out, turned it over and found the solenoid that worked the drain valve to be melted, and the shaft that the solenoid activates was heavily corroded. I found the right parts on your website after reading the notes left by other customers, then watched the video. The repairs were fairly simple and successful. This was a GE profile dishwasher. Fixes spotty dishes and rinse aid leaks. This reservoir holds and releases rinse agent during the final cycle. Quick DIY repair with video guide.
Repair parts arrived super fast. Installed the new parts according to the supplied instructions. All went well. It took over 2 hours because the unit had to be removed after the water and power were disconnected and then the initial problem diagnosed (motor brushes worn beyond service limits). The removal of the spray bar tower assembly was a challenge until it was discovered that the tower unscrews in a CW direction from the bar that then allowed access to the attachment screw that holds that... Secures the dishwasher heating element to the tub from underneath. Replace if cracked, stripped, or missing to prevent leaks at the element mounting point.
First, I took the whole thing apart and cleaned every spot...the main culprit seemed to be the float. It was pretty gunked up and seemed to be not working...after a good cleaning it was fine...but once I pulled the unit out and checked underneath I noticed the heating element was loose, leaking, and had burnt off the blade connecting ire. So I promptly bought this replacement, installed it in about 5 minutes, did a clean cycle, and shes back to normal...I love AppliancePartsPros.com, and use... Read more
Replacement slide rail for dishwasher upper rack. Installs on cabinet wall to guide rack in and out. Needed when original is bent, twisted, or broken.
Dishwasher needed new wheel that mounted to upper rack. There are 4 total that make the rack roll in and out. Replaced both side rails and rail caps (4- only 50 cents each) along with new upper rack that came with wheels installed. One side rail was bent so decided to spend a little extra and replace both. Might of been able to replace just one broken rack wheel but rack was old and was rusting in some areas so decided to just replace it. Read more
