Dishwasher leaking from underneath? A cracked pump connector causes water pooling. Requires dishwasher removal; typically 1-hour repair once accessed.
The main conduit was broken and the pump connector had a hole in it. The pump also was showing signs of leaking. I completely disassembled the dishwasher cleaned everything and reassembled. The repair videos are a big help. Thank you. Read more
Center wash arm assembly for dishwashers. Mounts on the center rack area to spray water during wash cycles. Replace if holes are clogged or arm won't rotate.
The replacement of the arm took a total of 3 minutes, all I needed was a nut driver for the easy job, taking the old arm out and putting the new one in, exact replacement , I appreciate you getting the part out as fast as you did. It took an extra day because of the ice storm we had . That was ok. Thanks you . Read more

Dishwasher won't drain or makes loud humming noise? This drain pump removes water from the wash cycle. Moderate DIY repair with unit removal required.
I stood by the dishwasher as it went through the cycles and noted the noise only happened during the drain processes. To make this repair you have to take the dishwasher completely out from under the counter. (NOTE: print the schematic to help guide you to the location of the part and connections.) The pump is not accessible from underneath. I laid the dishwasher on its side. I recommend disconnecting the copper fill tubing before laying the machine over (I did not and crimped it). The... Insulation blanket that wraps around the dishwasher tub to reduce noise and maintain temperature. Replace if damaged, torn, missing, or contaminated.
I pulled the DW out, pulled off the old blanket pieces, vacuumed up the millions of small parts, then put the new blanket on, I did use some packing tape to hold it in place. Easy! The challenge was moving the unit out, then back in, but that was simply time and a little effort. Read more
Dishwasher won't drain or drains slowly? A worn check valve flapper may be blocking water flow. This 30-minute DIY fix prevents backflow issues.
Pulled dishwasher from the cabinet and flipped onto its side. Easy access to sump and drain flapper valve that I also replaced. Rubber sump coming apart into soft pills & chunks and plugging spray arms. Better now but it's rediculous that GE would make components that dissolve this way. Read more
Mounting screw for dishwasher tub assembly. Secures internal components like spray arms and baskets. Replace if stripped, corroded, or missing.
Replaces cracked, kinked, or chewed drain hose that carries wastewater from your dishwasher to household plumbing. Essential for proper drainage function.
I replaced the pump drain assembly. The flapper valve was included in the assembly, so I did not need to order that. On previous repairs, the old drain hose was tricky to reinstall, so I replaced it and the hose clamp. The silverware basket had holes in the bottom and required replacement. I had some broken tine clips. Read more

Replacement slide rail for dishwasher upper rack. Installs on cabinet wall to guide rack in and out. Needed when original is bent, twisted, or broken.
Dishwasher needed new wheel that mounted to upper rack. There are 4 total that make the rack roll in and out. Replaced both side rails and rail caps (4- only 50 cents each) along with new upper rack that came with wheels installed. One side rail was bent so decided to spend a little extra and replace both. Might of been able to replace just one broken rack wheel but rack was old and was rusting in some areas so decided to just replace it. Read more
Mounts the mid-level spray arm to its supply tube. Replace if cracked, worn, or broken to keep the spray arm centered and spinning freely on the rack.
The middle sprayer sheared off our GE Power 3 dishwasher, ruining the hub in the process. We removed the rack from the dishwasher to make it easier to access the sprayer hub, otherwise it's awkward. The biggest challenge was finding the right tool in our garage (we used a 1/4" wrench as we did not have the right socket size). Once the screw was removed, it was quite easy to remove the hub and attach the new one. The rest was simply attaching the new sprayer to the hub using the included... Read more
