This door seal replaces a worn or damaged gasket around the oven door, creating a tight barrier between the door and the front frame. A fresh seal helps the appliance heat efficiently and maintain steady cooking temperatures. What it does:
Found the right part at AppliancePartsPros.com, ordered the part, watched the tutorial. Took less than 5 minutes to install new door seal, and now our laundry area is no longer hot and humid. Before we changed the seal, warm air was leaking around the door and made the laundry room and the kitchen next to it unpleasant. Thanks for the great door seal and the handy tutorial! Read more

Size: 3-1/8 inches deep, 8 inch fin diameter, 7-1/8 inch hub diameter, 20 standard fins, 1/2 inch diameter motor shaft, 7/16 inch motor shaft diameter to flat side of shaft. Blower wheel clamp not included. For the clamp order WP312967.
Blower wheel and clamp replacement. Initially, we replaced both the belt and drum roller wheels but that did not stop the noise. By reviewing videos on YouTube and AppliancePartsPros, we suspected that the blower wheel could be problematic, even though with front panel of dryer off, we did not see any visual clues to support that theory. Purchased the replacement clamp as well, just for good measure (and it was inexpensive). Note: we did call AppliancePartsPros with our model AND serial numbers... Read more

After verifying the no heat problem myself, I just googled "LG3412W no heat" with my smartphone and thumb. One of the first hits was the Appliance Parts Pros website with a list of 8 possible parts that might fix this problem, listed in descending order of likelihood of success. With 3 adults worth of dirty laundry piling up and straining our ability to drip dry, I had to agonize over: 1) buying a new dryer from whatever a local dealer had in stock, then clearing years of valuable junk in... This replacement screw secures appliance panels and components so they stay tight and aligned during use. Replacing a missing or damaged screw restores a solid fit and helps eliminate rattles, loose trim, or shifting parts.
After being told by a service repairman that it would cost me close to $200 to repair, I resolved to just not use the dispenser. After about a year, I had decided that I wanted to repair it and would look at the options myself. At the least, I could figure out which parts were needed to repair it and have them on hand for a service guy if I determined I could not do the job myself. The more I studied it, the more I felt confident that I could do it, and sure enough, when the part arrived - a... Read more

This sensor monitors operating conditions and relays accurate feedback to the control so cycles run properly. Replacing a failed sensor helps restore correct operation and prevent erratic behavior or fault codes. What it does:
This thermostat regulates your dryer's operating temperature for consistent, safe drying. The pink/white variant restores correct heat cycling when the original control fails, helping prevent overheating or underheating that leads to long dry times.
This terminal block assembly connects your dryer's power cord to the internal wiring, providing a secure, heat-resistant junction. Replacing a damaged block restores a reliable electrical connection and helps prevent intermittent power, overheating, or burnt terminals.
This door strike bracket mounts to the cabinet and positions the door strike so the door latches securely and the machine recognizes a closed door. Replace a bent or broken bracket to restore proper door alignment and reliable starts.
This replacement moisture sensor bar mounts inside the drum and helps the dryer detect when laundry is dry. A worn or damaged bar can cause sensor-dry cycles to end too soon or run too long.
