In side of freezer drawer was icing up Gary L V. • Fort Myers , FL • February 06, 2016
I pulled the old gasket off the door then I used rubbing alcohol to clean the mold along the back of the door and in the insert for the gasket seals . The new gasket fit extremely well and was very easy to put in. I waited 24 hours for the gasket to come back to its normal shape. After putting the gasket in I waited another 24 hours to make sure that I was getting no Icing inside the freezer area. There was no icing so the job is completed.

Right door on our french door jenn air refrig kept opening when left one was closed 1st Walter F. • West Harwich , MA • March 20, 2015
The right door on our Jenn Air French Door Refrigerator would pop open & not fully close when the left door was closed first. Called the local distributor/dealer who advised me that the magnetic door gasket probably needed replacement (cost $300.00 + for the repair) What??? Visited you web site where I noted the right door had a "closure & bushing" on the bottom of the door. Could it be this was the problem fix? Took the right door off & examined both pieces. Sure enough the bushing was...

The first repair was replacing a dead circuit board in the frig. The second repair was maintenance items including a drip pan and a new freezer gasket Dwight S. • Nokesville , VA • September 11, 2018
A tree had fallen across our power lines and the resulting power surge fried the circuit board. The diagnosis was a bit difficult and involved an educated guess based on how the frig was acting. The display was dark unless a button was pressed and the inside light worked but that was all. I had to rule out the compressor as the root cause so I back fed power to the compressor and heard it and the condenser fan fire up. I ordered the board and found the only way I could get it overnight was to...

Water leaking on the floor Donald W. • Rockledge , FL • March 17, 2015
After trying to stop leaks with glue, i figured I should replace the drip pan, It took a little effort to get the fan out of the way but once that was taken care of the rest was simple. Putting the new pan in was very easy five minutes at most. The best part was the great delivery I got from appliance parts, and this is not a paid commercial. THANKS!!!

The right side snack drawer glide rail broke for the second time now Thomas W. • Pentwater , MS • January 11, 2016
I used the brand and model number of the fridge to look up the part number. This website had the part in stock and shipped it fast. The fix is easy to do. Getting the right part and finding one in stock is a little harder. Appliance Parts Pros has a web chat that was very helpful in making sure I got the right part. Tip: Be gentle when opening the drawer with a load in it. If it slams the stop at the end it breaks.

First of all, I called your customer service line with a question about navigating your parts web site... I wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped me because she was very good at her job. She was obviously well trained and experienced as she very quickly helped me to better understand how to navigate the site, and find the parts required...
Secondly, whoever designed and built your self-help parts search tool did an amazing job. Given the scope and complexity of cataloging...
