This is the direct-drive rotor for the dishwasher wash motor. It pairs with the stator to spin the impeller and circulate wash water through the spray arms, helping restore proper spray pressure and quieter operation when the original rotor is worn.
Technician wanted $700. I was able to fix it myself for around $300 in about a half hour with the great and helpful customer service of appliancepartspros.com. Parts arrived on time. Nice to know there is a company that really cares and they know there stuff. Read more

After watching the video carefully and taking notes for step-by-step dismantling of the LG washer, I took it apart methodically placing each item on a table in the order removed. I was able to remove and replace the bearings with no problems following the tips and tricks. The spider did not seem to be in bad shape but since I had a new one, it seemed reasonable to replace it as well, but it was difficult to extract the old one from the drum. The bolts are assembled with weld glue, so it is a... Read more
The stator assembly is the stationary coil pack for the direct-drive motor in your washer. Working with the rotor, it creates the magnetic field that turns the tub and restores consistent wash and spin performance. What it does:
The drum was hesitating and then not turning at all with an error code. Wife also smelled "something burning", which of course is never a good sign. Ordered a new stator and had my LG washer back up and running 15 minutes after getting the $100 stator via FedEx. This is the third repair on this machine in 8 years, all parts received from APP!!!! No need to go out and drop $1600 for a new front load LG washer!!! Thanks APP!!!! Read more
This noise filter assembly conditions incoming AC power to reduce electromagnetic interference before it reaches the control system. A failed line filter can cause no power, intermittent shutdowns, or breaker trips; replacing restores stable, reliable operation. What it does:
Checked circuit breaker to d/w first. Good. Went to website to see no power issues. Most all of them mentioned the noise filter being the problem. Removed filter from machine and found the corner melted where fuse is located. Ordered new filter, installed, and now have power to switches. All the information I found on the website really made this a easy job to get done. Read more
This replacement bolt secures the drum spider within the washer tub assembly. Replacing worn or missing hardware helps keep the basket properly mounted to reduce wobble, vibration, and noise during spin.
Can't buy LG parts in Canada without getting an LG Tech to install. $1000 repair was too steep for me so went on websites and bought from Appliance Parts. Watch the video on Appliance Parts. Note - Joyce from Appliance Parts really helped in identifying the bolts that I needed. Read on and you will see why. Stripped down machine and identified the spider had failed along its three arms. Bearings were still in good condition. Managed to get three bolts off spider but remaining three had same... Read more

The Shipping Bolt Assembly is an OEM part for LG washing machines. This assembly is used to secure the washer drum during transportation, preventing it from moving and getting damaged. Shipping bolts are essential for maintaining the integrity of the washing machine when it is being moved or installed.
Causes of a bad or missing shipping bolt assembly include improper handling during moves, wear and tear from multiple uses, or not reinstalling them when relocating the washer. Ensuring that the shipping bolts are in place is crucial for protecting the internal components of the washer during transit.
Symptoms of a missing or damaged shipping bolt assembly include:
This OEM LG part is also compatible with Sears/Kenmore.
AppliancePartsPros.com carefully looked up and provided the correct bolts required so the washer drum would not move during transport. Representative really took the time to make sure we had the right bolts. That was important to me...no matter how long it took! The bolts arrived the next day as promised...I had to expedite them due to time limitations. They worked liked a charm and I have run the washer without missing a beat! thanks soooo much! Read more

This hose clamp secures a washer hose to its fitting to maintain a tight, leak-resistant connection. Replace a weakened or damaged clamp to stop seepage at hose joints and keep the washer operating reliably.
I started by watching the video and it was very helpful. I would make one suggestion. On our model the weights on the tub sit very close to the front gasket. It is much easier to put the gasket on the tub before you put the weights on. Also, since the washer was tore apart, I replaced the hoses and seals and shocks since the machine is about 8 years old. The shocks made a huge difference. It spins like it did when it was new. Thanks for the video, it was very helpful. Read more
This lifter assembly is the plastic baffle inside the drum that lifts and tumbles laundry as the drum turns. Replacing a cracked or missing lifter restores smooth tumbling and helps prevent fabric snags and noisy operation. What it does:
My first step after realizing the loud noise came from the main bearing of our LG washer was to order the necessary parts for the repair that A.P.P. recommends. Using Appliance PartsPros.com as my main source for parts and video I began by watching Mitch repair a washer similar to ours. Mitch made it look easy enough and being a repair person myself I thought ok no issue here. So, following A.P.P's suggestions I ordered all the parts and added the main door gasket and spider. I originally thought the washer had a bad bearing, but once I got it disassembled it the spider arms were broken. This required the replacement of the tub assembly. While replacing the tub I replaced all of the water bellows. The parts came quickly, the live chat and videos were very helpful. This washer has to be completely disassembled to replace the drum, so mark all the screw locations, tag and bag everything and take lots of pics. It was a very rewarding project and hundreds of dollars... Read more
This clamp assembly secures a hose, tube, or similar connection inside your appliance, maintaining a tight, reliable hold to prevent leaks and movement. Replacing a worn or damaged clamp restores proper sealing and dependable performance.
I followed a couple of Appliance Parts Pros videos that helped me identify the root cause, disassemble the washer, order the parts, how to install the new parts and reassemble. One of the difficult things was getting the replacement door boot gasket clamp back on. It will take two people (four hands) to get it on properly. Read more
This Screw (drawing) is a factory fastener used to secure appliance panels and components. Replacing a stripped, corroded, or missing screw restores a tight fit, reduces vibration, and helps keep assemblies correctly aligned.
The upper counter-balance weight mount design is a poor design to begin with. It started to rattle loose approximately 5yrs into the 8yrs that we've owned it. As it would start to loosen up (as evidenced by the loud banging noise exhibited during operation); I'd shut it down, pull the top off, remove the weight (it was almost always half rattled off at this point), wrap the mount lugs with friction tape (the plastic lugs were being worn down/chaffed by the balance weight), put the weight back...
