The only hitch was that I didn't see the note (maybe it wasn't there) that explained how the valve is set for Natural gas and that for LP gas I'd need to adjust the jet that goes into the burner tube. After researching on line I was able to narrow down the problem to either the cold water of hot water fill valve.
