The drip pans on my electric range were old and would not clean up i bought replacements at walmart but their universal did not fit properly r Charles C. • Fair Play , MO • September 21, 2014
I googled "drip pans for electric range" and came upon your web site as well as some others. After looking at three or four I decided to go with your company. The choices clearly described the pans available so I didn't have to guess which one would fit. The price was very good and they arrive in the mail two days after I ordered them. The drip pans fit perfectly. Thank you.

Bosch shem78w55n dishwasher leaking from bottom pan Francis S. • Vermillion , SD • May 26, 2020
Leak was slow but becoming gradually worse. Pulled dishwasher out from under counter then visually inspected sump while it ran. As soon as the water got very hot, I could see the sump leaking where it meets the stainless pan. Searched for the correct sump gasket without success. Turns out that the gasket is built into the sump for this model. The built-in gasket is very narrow (under-engineered IMHO which is probably why it developed a leak). Thanks to Simon's excellent videos at...

Just extremely old and ugly burner trays James B. • Corinth , TX • November 17, 2014
I spent hours searching for the right trays, knowing only that the stove is GE, and what the trays look like, including exact dimensions. I ordered one set that had exact measurements, and they even explained how the measurements are taken. But the trays were larger than described by 3/8 inch, and I had to pay shipping to return them. I suggested that they correct their description, but the lady did not think I was right. I said just measure them yourself, as per the method that your...

No water in the dishwasher. Rohan P. • Troy , OH • January 30, 2022
As mentioned, our Whirlpool Dishwasher would complete the cycle but Tablet pretty much sat in the Soap Dispenser Box nor there was any sign of water inside the Dishwasher. This happened 2 - 3 times. Hence decided to dive into what the fix was.
After reviewing a bunch of Youtube Videos, understood first how a typical Dishwasher operates and what are the basic checks it does before water is let inside. So it typically first checks whether Door S/w got activated, followed by Float Switch...

Hot water inlet solenoid valve lealing Virgil H. • Whitehall , NY • December 04, 2015
Obtained part online from Appliance Parts Pros. com... within one or two days received the part...
Replacing the defective part is straight forward... The valve is located on the left underside of the unit. Make sure the electrical power is off and the water supply to the unit is closed off. Disconnect the water inlet piping from the valve... in my case separating a 1/2 inch copper union. Remove the electrical quick connector from the solenoid prongs. The red wire is orientated at the top of...

Bosch dishwasher: water inlet valve cracked. Roger M. • Locust Valley , NY • June 12, 2020
After first thinking I had a leak under my sink (dripping into my workshop in the basement), I quickly traced the source back to my Bosch dishwasher. I removed the bottom kick plate (phillips screwdriver) and could see a continuous drip from the Water Inlet Valve. Easy to see because the Water Inlet Valve is mounted in front. I shut off the power to the dishwasher at my breaker box and turned off the water to the dishwasher. First, I easily disconnected the power clip at the back of the Water...

The dishwasher would not fill with water Nicholas V. • Rockford , MI • November 12, 2019
I figured it was the valve, but searching on the Appliance Parts site, somebody said they fixed it by replacing the switch flood assembly.
So I order both parts. The Switch Flood Assembly was easiest to replace, so I decided to try that first.
When I pulled out the old assembly, I noticed it did not 'rattle', as the new one did. So, there is apparently a float ball that had gotten stuck. I put the new one in and poof.. it worked.
The only update to the instructions is a reminder that the...

If your dishwasher shows an E15 error or won't fill with water, the inlet valve may be clogged or faulty. This part controls water flow during cycles.
Do-It-Yourself Stories from Customers like You
I got E15 code occasionally i would slide it out and dry out with some paper towels and it would be fine again for a few months Vincent G. • Buffalo , NY • August 13, 2018
It finally gave E15 code, then after drying out the E15 code came back within 5 minutes of running. I dried out the base then I ran the dishwasher and observed water coming down the overflow chute after running only 5 minutes. There is a water inlet (clear water chamber on the side of the machine). It had some gunk inside that was stopping a black float shut-off from moving. I replaced the water inlet chamber. I also suspected the non return valve (also called a check valve). From the parts...
