All you need is a nut driver. The end cap is attached to the side of the refrigerator cabinet with two long screws. Once you remove them, you should slide the end cap towards you. It will release the internal clip that holds the front of the end cap. You should then unscrew the metal slider from the end cap. Assembly of the new end cap is the reverse. I searched online for replacement parts and Appliance Parts Pros had the part in stock. Before I ordered the part, I watched the video to see if I could handle the repair. I ordered the part and soaked the gaskets with warm water in the tub. The old gaskets had a much simpler setup, so no cutting was involved. We turned off the circuit breaker. We then removed the light cover and then the control panel. We disconnected the Keyboard, Utah, plugged in the new one and turned the breaker on to see if everything worked. We realized that we did not need a new jazz board so that is being returned. The old Keyboard was removed, the new one attached and all the parts were put back. The frig works fine now at the recommended settings of zero and 38F. Read more

Fixing it was extremely easy, I just followed the instructions provided in the AppliancePartsPros video. After getting the part I simply shut off the water to the fridge, unhooked the part's water lines, unclipped the head inside the fridge, installed the new one and reconnected the lines.
