Removed screws holding element ends then removed element. Inserted new element, screwed it in place, connected wires and replaced plug block. Go inside the oven and remove the fan cover. Take the nut off of the fan (it may be a reverse nut), then remove the fan and the spacer. Open the back of the range, unplug the old fan motor and remove it (3 screws). Install the new fan motor assembly. The electric plug may not match up with the new motor, I cut the plug in half and put the 2 small plugs on the terminals. Back inside the oven, replace the spacer, fan and cover. Read more
