• Element will not heat

Ordered the element control for my dual front right burner and a infinite heat switch for my left front large single burner. Took door off, saw that dispenser linkage was ok, I could open and close by hand, so figured the wax motor or the wiring to it were most likely the problem. I took off the wax motor ( actuator) and ran 120 volts to it via jumper wires, and it did not move at all, so figured good chance that was the problem. The E32 diagnostic code that the Frigidaire washer was throwing after a quick water fill attempt was not in the supplied Data Sheet that came with the washer and Frigidaire would not provide and updated Data Sheet because, "it's a liabiliity issue" was their statement, but they did tell me that the problem was in the Fill Pressure Sensor/Wire Harness or the Main Control Board (the display board). I replaced the water level switch and hose. After removing the hose, I found that it was clogged, and did not allow the water level to be sensed by the switch. A test after the replacement of the parts was successful. While filling the tub, the water shut off at the small, medium, and large levels as indicated by the switch. Read more

I found that turning the water level switch back and forth would activate the machine So I replaced the water level switch and the plastic hose that connected to it. I purchased a clamp in the purchase, but it was the wrong size! There wasn't a clamp used in the original set up, so I installed the switch and hose without it!
