Hello Steve, Remove the kick panel and check the wires with a test meter. If there is no voltage, (120Vac), when the unit is supposed to drain, check for voltage at the control board on the same wires. If there is still no voltage there, replace the control 5304514670. If there is voltage at the drain pump when it should be draining, replace the drain pump A00126401.

Hello Jerry, You will want to make sure that your pump has not got debris in it causing slow drain. Also check your drain hoses. This is the most common problem of having water standing in the unit. Also double check to make sure that the drain pump impeller is not bad or damaged.

Brian, The sump 154365902 has a "lip" around the circumference of it. The gasket 154246801 has a recess molded in it that fits over the lip. seat the gasket onto the pump housing first. Before you set the pump into the opening in the tub, apply a thin film of liquid dishwasher rinse agent, or water soluble oil around the opening, then set the pump in the opening. When you tighten the retainers, use a "criss cross" pattern to turn and partially tighten the retainers. Once everything it seated and aligned, finish tightenning the retainer screws.

Becky, You want to check mand make sure you have the proper amount of water in the bottom of the tub. low water level can and does make a motor run "noisy" and with a split wash system, it's even more prevalent. Check and make sure theres nothing holding the float 154767801 up causing it to open early. Start the dishwasher and let it cycle for 3 to 5 minutes, unlatch the door and remove the lower rack, The water level should be slightly above the filter 140281806020 1/4 to 1/2 inch deep. If alls OK, you'll need to chrck the filters and the interior pump for deposit build up causing improper water flow and pressure. Thanks

Ann-Marie for Model Number 58716142402

There is about 3-4 inches of standing water in the bottom of my dishwasher. I can hear it draining when the new cycle starts but not when the cycle finishes. Where the dishwasher is hooked up there is nothing above the dishwasher. It's hooked directly under the vent cap under the counter, so there is nothing that could have drained into the line. Like I said, I do hear it draining when the new cycle starts. Anyone know what the problem could be?

Hello Ann-Marie. Remove the end of the drain hose from under the sink and try draining the dishwasher into a bucket. If the water pressure coming from the drain hose is good, and the unit drains out properly, then we know the drain pump and hose are good on the unit. If the water pressure is weak, or slow, or it starts to drain, then stops, we have a pump A00126501 or hose issue.

Hi James. Since you bought this unit, you probably did not get the installation instructions along with the user guide. The main thing to remember is to drill the 1-3/4" hole in the side wall to get the drain hose into the sink area if you do not already have one. Then after you connect to the drain pump, we will talk about the sink area. Then you need to get 2, - 1/2 " conduit clamps and screws to use on the back inside sink wall. You will form a complete drain loop into the hose and screw/clamp at the highest area behind the sink. Then taught into the sink connection. You will also need 2 clamps part # 5300807813. Thank You.
