Sergio July 21, 2017 for Model Number ZISS420DRASS No lights on the touchpad for the ice and water dispenser, unresponsive to touch, obviously not dispensing ice or water. I tested the motherboard outlet hooked up to the dispenser board. It's putting out about 13 volts. It's a 14 year old ge monogram side by side stainless model. If it's a faulty dispenser board does the front stainless panel have to be removed in order to access and replace the board? Could it be anything else?

Ian May 22, 2017 for Model Number ZIS360D I have a GE Monogram built in refrigerator. After running for a while both freezer and fridge display read "off." If I attempt to adjust it turns back on but after a few mins just turns to off again. Could this be the main board?

John S November 13, 2016 for Model Number ZISS420DRISS Side-by-Side not cooling in freezer or refrigerator. Condenser fan running,evaporator fan will run if you open door for more than 3 minutes. The compressor does not make a sound and is at room temperature not sign of running. All lights and temperature display are working. All freezer door controls are working.
1 Answer John, You will want to test to make sure that there is 120 vac getting to the inverter. If there is then the inverter would be faulty and would need to be replaced. 1 Answer Eric, With both refrigerator and freezer lights not working then you will want to test the transformer which is located under the unit and see if there is 120 vac to them. Amy May 27, 2016 for Model Number ZIC360NRRH Ge monogram bottom freezer stopped working. No controls light up and no cooling in entire machine. Tech came out and thinks it is the control board. He tried two different boards. The first lit up the display screen but no power to fan or compressor. The second lit up display screen and turned on fan but did not start compressor. He checked compressor separately and it does turn on. Can't seem to determine item number for correct control board that will provide power to compressor. Have tried the control panels: WR55x10560 and WR55x10720. No serial number on machine. Thanks

Andrew May 12, 2016 for Model Number PNR22lseafes I have a GE Profile bottom freezer only 15 months old. It has started freezing the ice cubes in the tray over a 24 hour period. I have turned the ice maker off to make sure it wasn't leaking water which it isn't. The food in the freezer is also getting frost on it. Could the main board be bad? The board is a WR55X10996.

Matt September 23, 2015 for Model Number ZISS420DRKSS I changed the control board and when I disconnected the old one I do not remember anything being plugged into the J12 connector.
