Washer won't start, stops mid-cycle, or shows error codes? The control board manages all functions. Moderate DIY repair restores full operation.
Hi, it's me again. So I learned a valuable appliance repair lesson when trying to fix this washing machine: don't fix something until you figure out why it broke in the first place! The first speed control board died (fixed with my last story on year) and I assumed it was just a cheap part of something, but I was in fact proved wrong when, to my dismay, the new board died a week or so later. Being the self-appointed washing machine expert I became after the last repair, I got right into the... Read more
Fix E32 error codes or washer stopping during fill with this water level pressure switch. Senses water level and controls fill cycles. DIY-friendly repair.
The E32 diagnostic code that the Frigidaire washer was throwing after a quick water fill attempt was not in the supplied Data Sheet that came with the washer and Frigidaire would not provide and updated Data Sheet because, "it's a liabiliity issue" was their statement, but they did tell me that the problem was in the Fill Pressure Sensor/Wire Harness or the Main Control Board (the display board). I ordered the Pressure Sensor and Main Control Board from AppliancePartsPros after checking... Read more

Washer drum baffle mounts inside the tub to lift and tumble laundry. Replace if cracked, broken, or missing to prevent snags and restore quiet operation.
Removed old baffle. Had to cut it out with a multi-purpose tool. Replaced with new one. Job was not too bad, and only took about 15-20 minutes. The best part was the fast delivery time for the part. Watched the video a few times for door boot seal replacement. It was a lot of help! The spring is the hardest to replace and I did enlist the help of my wife. Everything went back on great. If you have to replace the front panel (with the buttons) be mindful that the buttons are spring loaded and will come out. I did not lose any and it went back together just fine. A little touch up paint on the washer and it all looks brand new and works great. And the parts came in quicker than... Read more

I ordered new latch and 2 new screws ( imagine not having the screws). I put latch in place and with a phillips screw driver attached 2 screws. Tada works like new. Replace rusted, bent, or broken washer door hinges to restore proper alignment and ensure your door closes securely without sagging or rubbing.
After reading up on the error codes, I found that my constant beeping was telling me that the door was not well latched. My machine is 12 years old and has seen heavy use, including a broken door handle that has been hanging on with copious amounts of duct tape for a while. I replaced the bent door hinge, worn door latch, and the outer handle. The entire repair required ten minutes and a Phillips head screwdriver. Now it works perfectly with NO more beeping!! Thank you AppliancePartsPros!! Read more
Rear outer tub shell for front-load washers. Includes bearing and seal. Replace when cracked, damaged, or bearing is worn causing noise during spin.
Replaced outer tub assembly shell. AppliancePartsPros Video was outstanding and easy to follow. Removed outer shell prior to ordering replacement. Took about 2-3 hours off and on (ie. washer and dryer were stacked and I was working in a confined space). A lot of time was spent in cleaning up the washer, spyder etc. prior to installation. Washer originally purched December 1997 so it had accumulated lots of dust, dirt, lint. Ordered shell Jan 9th 5:27AM and received it Jan 10th 2:30PM. (For... Read more
