Removing the bottom panel and watching the internals while the washer was running revealed a small drip from what appeared to be a plastic cam that was attached to a solenoid. I did not know how to remove the broken spray arm so when I muscled it out, the spray arm base broke. We ordered the replacement parts from appliance parts pros and received them within 2 days.
