I had a lot of problems removing the spin hub, I had to use an air impact wrench to un screw it even then it was very hard, it did not go easy with the hammer & pipe wrench as shown in the video. It was also very hard to remove the bottom spin bearing I had to cut the bearing retainer with a dremel tool so I could get my puller on it. Found the wonderful parts diagrams you most generously share online and a couple of YouTube videos . I determined it should be repairable.
In my cast the agitator shaft was frozen (rusted) in place. I was very fortunate to have been able to eventually remove it with the use of a lot of BP penetrating oil and heat.
Long and short the replacement parts fit perfectly and the washer is running like new.
