The main conduit was broken and the pump connector had a hole in it. The pump also was showing signs of leaking. I completely disassembled the dishwasher cleaned everything and reassembled. The repair videos are a big help. Thank you. Read more

Our GE was installed about 8 years ago and was AWESOME for much of its early life. However, progressively its cleaning ability diminished. By replacing all the spray arms (clogged with debris), filters, drain hose, and sump...this dishwasher cleans like it did when it was new! Pulled dishwasher from the cabinet and flipped onto its side. Easy access to sump and drain flapper valve that I also replaced. Rubber sump coming apart into soft pills & chunks and plugging spray arms. Better now but it's rediculous that GE would make components that dissolve this way. Read more

Dishwasher needed new wheel that mounted to upper rack.There are 4 total that make the rack roll in and out. Replaced both side rails and rail caps (4- only 50 cents each) along with new upper rack that came with wheels installed. One side rail was bent so decided to spend a little extra and replace both. Might of been able to replace just one broken rack wheel but rack was old and was rusting in some areas so decided to just replace it. Read more

The middle sprayer sheared off our GE Power 3 dishwasher, ruining the hub in the process. We removed the rack from the dishwasher to make it easier to access the sprayer hub, otherwise it's awkward. The biggest challenge was finding the right tool in our garage (we used a 1/4" wrench as we did not have the right socket size). We purchased both the roller studs and new rollers for all of the slots on the lower rack. They came two days later and I was able to easily click them into place and the lower rack now rolls smoothly and securely.
