I ran a diagnostics check on the washing machine and came up with the error code E47 -Board thinks the door PTC circuit is open in spin. The washer thought the door was open and would not finish the spin. I was left with a washer full of very wet clothes. This repair was SO extremely easy. Then I had to unstack the dryer from the washer, remove all covers, disconnect all hose connections, shock mounts and springs and remove the tub assembly. Then I disassembled the tub assembly and remove seal and both bearings from the rear half. At this point I cleaned everything. Replace the drain pump after watching a video demonstrating the process. The washing machine had run properly and emptied, so I was surprised how much water remained in the pipe after disconnecting the old pump. Plan on having 2-3 large towels underneath before removing it. The most difficult part (and most irritating) was replacing the intake and outtake hoses with the existing spring clamps. With more difficulty and frustration than expected but it works fine now. Things learned: 1. Order only 3 replacement pins. One comes with the shocks that you can't be sure you see in the picture. 2. A circuit board in a plastic box mounted to the floor, left rear, must be removed by two screws to be able to get pliers onto the head of the pin more easily. This helps installation too. 3. Our washer is next door the bathroom. So when, during the rinse cycle, the hose split and we found the back of the house completely flooded I initially assumed the culprit was either the toilet or the sink or possibly an interdimentional portal into a demonic netherworld of vaguely chlorine scented water. It was easy to find the part on appliance parts pros. Once I found it I studied the diagram and determined that there were 3 screws in the drum that needed to be removed. I disconnected power and then removed 3 interior screws. Once I did that I removed the back cover and removed the single screw on the bottom side of the air duct that held it in place connected to the heat tube. I then reversed disassembly. I replaced the door boot with a new one from AppliancePartsPros.com. The most difficult part was starting at the back end of the new boot onto the stationary rim, just in front of the tub. And then anchoring it in place with the existing spring from the previous boot. To start the boot I had to hook the top edge of the boot, where the arrow tab is, onto the rectangular projection on the tub rim and then roll the rubber boot edge down around the tub rim and hope the rim was going into the... I changed the pump and also discovered the coin trap was wearing thin because it was rubbing against the sheet metal. So I replaced that as well. It took about 15 minutes to remove the coin trap and pump and about 20 minutes to install. The shipping was amazingly fast. I received the parts the next morning. Unscrewed the front lower panel ( 2 screws ). Disconnected the pump hose clamp and removed the hose. I loosened the lower back panel and pulled out the drained hose from the rear. Replaced with new hose put back clamp and panels. Very easy Read more

Three new vanes. Installation was easy, removed one stainless screw on each vane, slid the broken vanes toward the front of the machine, compressed the old vane slightly and came right out. They have to be slid about 1 to 2 inches forward for removal. This was an easy fix. Read more
