Install notes:

Disconnect power at the breaker and allow the existing element to cool before servicing
Remove the toe-kick to access wiring and mounting hardware beneath the tub
From below, disconnect the element wires and remove the retaining hardware; lift the element out from inside the tub
Feed the new element through the tub openings, secure from below, reconnect wiring, and run a test cycle to check for leaks and proper heating
