Frigidaire Range Glass Top Or Cook Top

Not exactly sure why it broke. Nothing was dropped on it. We assumed it finally gave due to heat cycling stress. Replacing the top was fairly easy, though it was useful to have a couple extra sets of hands to help lower and reinstall the burner frames. The replacement didn't come with the front attachment lip or the rear hinge pins, but they were easily removable from the original piece. The repair took under fifteen minutes. Read more

I Googled repairs for Glass top stoves, and Appliance Parts Pros came up. It was supper easy to order and I got my new stove top the next day. The repair was supper easy to switch in the new one too. Fyi keep all the metal parts that are on your old stove top. The glass top is the only part that comes with this. Read more
