Broken oven handle Barbara B. • Bryan , TX • September 30, 2014
I removed the screws on the top edge of the oven door to release the front panel to the back panel. I then removed the screws securing the handle in place. I screwed in the new handle (that I received in less than 24 hours from the time I placed the order, I might add!). Screwed the two panels back together and complete!

The handle on the oven door broke off William O. • Hobe Sound , FL • August 12, 2019
I, William’s mom, broke the handle so I felt responsible for the repair. I’m 60 years old and not too mechanically inclined! I called your customer service number and the very nice guy, who was taking my order, was the most helpful young man! He helped me understand what parts I should need and the order arrived EXACTLY as I was expecting!!! A few YouTube videos and I was able to remove the oven door and put the new handle back on... however I didn’t have the strength to get it back on the...

Who does that? I've lived in my house for many years and never have done the damage that a renter can do in just 1 year. Looked up the Serial number and found the parts I needed easily. Ordered them and they arrived in about 3 days. Fit perfectly.

End caps for oven door had broken and kept falling out Barbara L. • Roanoke , VA • January 05, 2019
Somewhat difficult to slide back on because pieces of the old tabs were stuck in the crevace, but once I realized and fished them out the next challenge was finally figuring out part went inside the crevace and part (a tab) went outside on the back of the handle. If you bend over and look up underneath it is easy to see how it goes, but apparently over the years the handle had gotten just out of shape enough that the caps did not readily slide on. Be careful you don't snap a tab or post off. ...
