I nearly shelled out for a new Kitchenaid when I remembered APP and entered my model # just for fun. The interactive diagrams and install videos showed where all the parts "should" be, mine were badly disintegrated, so I replaced the damaged ones and swapped out all of the other easily accessible seals and bearings (also gave it a good and very disturbing cleaning). By taking the inside panel off the door; this exposed the vent seal where the vent valve connected to the opening in the upper left of the door. The seal had been missing for some years, but never caused leakage. It's OK now. Read more
