I thought this would be a simple remove and replace, boy was I wrong. This repair became more complicated then it should have been. The screws holding the skirt were frozen and broke when trying to remove. Had to end up cutting the skirt using a dremel and a cutting blade. Was able to remove one of the screws using a pinning plier. The other one I had to bore it out using a drill bit. Bought a used Monogram Professional stove. Apparently, when it was removed they didn't save the gas inlet fittings which had the regulator on it. Pretty straight forward install of the stove. It was also missing one of the gas burner covers. The ones I had feel like steel and a magnet does stick to them, but the replacement part is listed as "ceramic?" I was concerned when I ordered it, but sure enough it's the same as the others. Read more
